Thanks to the "Massive Open Online Course" (MOOC), a free and accelerated online patisserie training organized by Afpa, specialist in vocational training.

A free pastry chef training

After a successful first session in spring, the Afpa is organizing a catch-up session on 5 December 2016 for lovers of pastry who like to get involved. Because we aim to become a pastry professional or simply because we like to surpass and meet culinary challenges , we can enroll in this training that promises to give us a level of pro. Not yet convinced? Be aware that this training is completely free and can be personalized according to its schedule and objectives .

Online training of 3 weeks

Once enrolled (before December 5, 2016, therefore), we rush to upgrade thanks to a battery of courses already available online (on mooc.afpa.fr). Then, we get into the heart of the matter and dive into the pastry cream . In the program ? 15 sweet recipes to become the queen of pies , opera, mille-feuilles ... For 3 weeks, at the rate of 20 to 40 minutes per day , we reach the target level. But one can also draw according to one's interest in the courses without following the program step by step. At the end, a certificate of follow-up to confirm the level of mastery is issued.
