30 cl of Biosoy Vanille SOY
100g of wheat flour
25g of rice flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar

3 apples
100g vegetable margarine
100g of caramel

Steps
Step 1
In a salad bowl, mix sifted flour with oil and sugar. Mix slowly with the Vanilla Biosoy until you obtain a smooth paste.
2nd step
Pour a ladle of preparation into a pancake pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side, until the pancake is golden brown. Proceed in the same way until the dough has been used and reserve the pancakes.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the margarine first and then add the sliced apples. To return all the 5 minutes. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of caramel and a pinch of fleur de sel.
