Barry Gibb doesn't like getting up early and sleeping as much as possible.

He confesses his love for his long sleep in an exclusive interview with 'BANG Showbiz'. The 70-year-old Bee Gees star wants to have as much sleep as possible, especially before his shows. He even calls this his ritual and answers the question about his secret before concerts as follows: "I sleep as long as possible. I don't believe in getting up early in the morning."

However, the 70-year-old now has to go through these concerts alone. The 'Night Fever' hitmaker has been solo since the death of his brothers Maurice and Robin in 2003 and 2012. Even if he still misses her terribly, he has learned to at least "accept" the loss. The British musician describes it: "We go through different phases ... all the way to acceptance."

Even if it was a little easier for him to deal with the death of his beloved brothers, he found it somewhat "ironic" that the two had to go because he was the oldest of the three. However, Barry feels as if they are still with him to "guide" him. He could "not say how", but the 45-year musical career "sticks" together.
