Spinach with anticoagulants . All vegetables rich in vitamin K are the enemies of anticoagulant drugs (which are prescribed to people at risk of phlebitis in particular): they reduce the effectiveness of treatment. Also, do not consume more than one serving a day of cabbages, broccoli, spinach, avocado, parsley, lettuce or, meat side, offal.

Citrus and aspirin . It is avoided to consume orange, lemon and grapefruit at the same time as aspirin or anti-inflammatories under pain of acid reflux or heartburn.

Coffee and antibios anticystitis . Why ? Because these medications interfere with the elimination of caffeine, which is stored in the body. Result: nausea, palpitations, tremors, sweating ... Beware of caffeine sodas.

Grapefruit juice and anticholesterol drugs . It increases the effect of the drug in the body. It's like taking 15 times the dose! The solution: take your juice two hours before your stamp and stay sober (do not drink more than a quarter of a liter).
