Blake Heron was found dead in his apartment.
His girlfriend of all people found the actor lifeless in his residence in Los Angeles on Friday morning (September 8), according to 'TMZ'. Despite resuscitation measures, Heron could not be saved and died in the apartment. The performer is said to have been ill recently and has just been released from a rehab clinic where he has been addicted to heroin. No illegal drugs were found on site - only prescription drugs for the flu that had plagued the former 'Shiloh - Four Paws on the Run' child star for a few days. In addition, no traces of alcohol were found.
The actor was just 35 years old and was known for his roles in 'Tom and Huck', 'We were heroes', '11: 14' or 'Dandelion - A love in Idaho'. He has also had guest appearances in Emergency Room, Navy CIS: New Orleans, and Criminal Minds. Most recently, he was said to have appeared in the documentary 'A Thousand Junkies', which premiered at the 'Tribeca Film Festival'.
