Using plants to heal, it works, it's proven. And the virtues of plant active do not stop at our health, they are also many benefits on our beauty.
What is gemotherapy?
In the large family of phytotherapies, medicines to prevent and cure health problems with plants, gemmotherapy focuses on the properties of buds that would be superior to those of the various parts of the 'adult' plant.
Indeed, the bud would carry the plant development potential and would bring together the therapeutic properties of all parts of the plant (roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits). These embryonic tissues would also contain a greater concentration of vitamins, minerals and trace elements than the sum of the other parts. A soft medicine quite popular in Belgium (its country of origin) but little used in France. Today, however, it arouses the interest of cosmetics.
When the buds make us beautiful
At a time when natural ingredients have the wind in their sails, the universe of cosmetics knew how to grasp the potential of gemmo-cosmetics. Here are the most promising buds to reveal our beauty:

- The blackcurrant bud is one of the most popular gemmotherapy. Appreciated for its anti-inflammatory properties , the blackcurrant bud is used in cosmetics for its anti-irritation properties.
- The almond bud . In medicine, it has draining properties. In beauty, on the other hand, it would help eliminate ... cellulite and is therefore used in slimming care.
