Cara Delevingne will appear alongside Orlando Bloom on Carnival Row.
The 25-year-old model beauty and actress grabbed a role in the Amazon Original series and will keep the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star company. In 'Carnival Row', Delevingne takes on the role of a fairy refugee, Vignette Stonemoss, who runs away from her war-torn homeland and comes to Burgue, where she has to fight all kinds of prejudices against herself and her way - while keeping her very own secrets with yourself. Bloom plays police inspector Rycroft Philostrate, who is investigating a series of mysterious murders, including that of a fairy show girl in Carnival Row.
As for Bloom, 'Carnival Row' is the first major TV role for Delevingne and should therefore pave its way even more into the acting industry. Only this year she appeared in the science fiction film 'Valerian - The City of a Thousand Planets' and in 2016 she added the director 'David Suer' to the 'Suicide Squad' team.
'Carnival Row' is scheduled to air in 2019 and, according to the 'Deadline', the productions will begin this autumn in Prague. The series is produced by Legendary Television, supported by René Echevarria and Travis Beacham.
