ingredients

• Approx. 550 g chestnuts in jars without juice
• 100 g of licorice rolls
• 2 dl of unsweetened condensed milk
• 1 stick of bouillon Kub (Maggi)
• 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Equipment

• 1 large saucepan
• 1 diver mixer

Steps

Step 1

20 min before serving: heat 8 dl of water and Kub broth.

2nd step

When it is well dissolved, add the chestnuts and licorice rolls (no need to unroll them). Simmer for approx. 15 min to very small broths

Step 3

To serve: add cayenne (a little!) And condensed milk. Mix. Serve immediately.

tips

Liquorice rolls become sticky but do not melt. It's normal: the mixer will make them disappear in the soup!
