Serves 2-3 people 

 

Ingredients:

400 gm sliced red potatoes in discs 

1 tablespoon crushed ginger

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon crushed green chillies (optional to add spice)

Handful of chopped coriander 

50 g gram flour (chickpea flour)

Salt to taste

Method:

Mix the potatoes with crushed ginger, garlic, green chilli (optional) & salt 

Add gram flour to coat the potatoes and mix

Add chopped coriander and mix again Fry in hot oil until potatoes turn golden colour  Serve with tomato chutney & tamarind chutney.
