Doncaster have completed the double signing of Issam Ben Khemis and Rodney Kongolo on the eve of the new League One season.

Ben Khemis, 21, has put pen to paper on a two-year contract and Manchester City midfielder Kongolo arrives at the Keepmoat Stadium on a six-month loan deal.

Tunisia international Ben Khemis was a free agent after leaving French club Lorient at the end of last season.

Both players could make their debut for Rovers at home to Gillingham on Saturday.
