What is an amino acid?
An essential amino acid is an amino acid essential to the proper functioning of our body, which our body can not manufacture. We need to tap into our diet. Of the eight amino acids, eight are essential (to be added). Amino acids are constitutive of proteins. When we eat proteins, they are transformed into amino acids. They will pass into the liver through the bloodstream and will form new proteins.
Each amino acid has its own role

The nervous system is favored, amino acids help fight depression , behavioral problems and improve memory. They help with detoxification (alcohol, drugs) and the elimination of heavy metals. They participate in the formation of collagen.
Foods rich in amino acids?
All you need is a high protein diet to get enough essential amino acids. Meat, dairy products (milk and cheese) and eggs are preferred. Vegans should ensure sufficient intake, perhaps by supplementation.
