Contrary to popular belief, eating balanced , it's not that complicated: it takes a dose of good will, some good reflexes and presto, you're done.
First, we begin by determining what is our main motivator. Is it to lose weight that you want to adopt a balanced diet ? Is it to prevent the evils of winter and stay in shape until the return of the beautiful days?
Unless it is to limit the risks of developing a serious illness? Once our goal is defined, we keep it in mind, it will serve us as a common thread in our quest for " good eating".
Then we remember this: a balanced menu is a menu consisting of fruits, vegetables, starchy foods, dairy products and meat, fish or eggs. Of course, they must be consumed in reasonable quantities in order to harmonize expenses and calorie intake, according to our way of life.
But eating healthy does not mean putting everything on a single meal because the food balance is played over the whole day. Also if you go to a lunch break, you can always compensate by having a light dinner. Of course, it must not become an excuse to crack on the first hamburger come between noon and two!
