ingredients
75 cl of whole milk
1 yogurt
120 g of gingerbread
40 g of honey (optional)
Steps
Step 1
Warm milk with honey (if the gingerbread is very sweet, honey is not necessary).
Cut the gingerbread into small pieces.
2nd step
Mix the whole milk with honey, yogurt and gingerbread. Pour the mixture into the yogurt jars. Do not cover.
Place the yogurt in the yogurt maker, close it and start it.
Step 3
Let stand 8 hours, close the yogurts and put them in the refrigerator.
