Wearing an elegant fuzzy bun made by Serge Normant, Meghan Markle shone for her wedding with Prince Harry on May 19th. On the make-up side, Daniel Martin, Brand Ambassador and Honest Beauty Creative Color Consultant for Christian Dior, was responsible for making the new duchess's make-up.
Two slogans: naturalness and lightness.
Nude in the spotlight
Starting with her fresh and bright complexion that brought out her many freckles . For this, the make-up artist used the products of the Dior Makeup and Honest Beauty ranges of the Christian Dior fashion house.
The duchess, who has always used her public to see her with a refined eye makeup and matching her dark hair, did not break the rule for the D-Day: chocolate eye shadow, thin line of eyeliner and a touch of mascara.
To sublimate her smile, she wore makeup just as discreet as the rest. A simple lip pencil and a coral-colored lip glossed her lips throughout the ceremony (and even after the royal kiss!)
Finally, rules of the monarchy oblige, if Meghan Markle wanted to varnish the nails, only one shade was allowed: that of the pale pink. And for a simple nail polish that offers the result of neat hands, the Essie brand has been chosen.
