If you have black eyes, you are lucky: you can afford to force your hand on black kohl or black eyeliner . Beware, if you find that it hardens your features, bet on smoky-eyes faded features instead.

Black eyes: bet on golden browns, dark grays or plum tones

The colors that flatter your black eyes are dark gray, black or plum. Wear them by accenting them at the outer corner of your mobile eyelid, forming a horizontal V with a flat brush. On the rest of the mobile eyelid, keep this shade fading further to create a slight gradient. You can also bet on all golden brown or khaki colors or choose gilded eyeshadow. On the other hand, you should avoid eye shadow that is too light, pastel colors or too cold like silver.

If you stick to it, just put it in small touches. The lightest shades that will brighten your eyes are apricots or peaches, in iridescent materials. Beware of too dull matters on light colors, which would give you a look of boredom and empty eyes.

A dark makeup for the evening

To create a flattering evening makeup for your black eyes, have a brown or black eyeshadow. Apply it with a brush to the outer corner of the eye, placing it in a horizontal V shape. At the inner corner of the eye, place a dark blue eye shadow. Blend all of your make up with a brush . Then apply black kohl in a lash, with a rather thick line that you will fade by stretching it slightly upward with a fine brush. When laying down your mascara, insist on the root of the eyelashes, without overloading the tips, for a vibrant and deep look.
