Lady Gaga has to make an affidavit.

The Til It Happens To You interpreter had wound in recent months to make the out-of-court statement that Dr. Luke asked for his libel lawsuit against Kesha. Now, however, the lawyers on both sides signed a deal that obliges the singer to make an "affidavit, following the compulsory subpoena on the matter, in September," like 'E! News' reports. The date, time and location have not yet been confirmed, but will be determined by both parties by Sunday. Dr. Luke, accused by singer Kesha of sexually abusing her while working together, apparently wants to cross-examine Gaga for an SMS exchange with Kesha from 2013. The producer believes that the 'Tik Tok' interpreter has spoken to Gaga about the alleged abuse, which he vehemently denies, and therefore wants to see the news.

The Poker Face singer's attorney now said the 31-year-old was ready to "release uncensored copies of some documents that were previously only censored." He said: "Lady Gaga has always been willing to testify as long as reasonable boundaries are in place. This has now been achieved."
