How would you describe your universe?
Undeniably, our universe has a retro side, because I love the 1920's leg, the clothes of yesteryear, while keeping a touch of modernity. We really apply each year to offer a new vision of this inspiration.
It was this time that led you to create wedding dresses?
Yes, I liked to dig in my grandmother's old linen, open chests and discover new lace, make fleas and markets. This work of yesteryear, done by hand, has an emotional charge that has always touched me. So I wanted to redo dresses like these, hoping that they are also passed from mother to daughter.
What is your favorite wedding dress?
I really like low-waisted dresses, in the retro style of the 20s. We also propose more modern bridal dresses with halters, necklines, and lace combinations that were less common at that time.
What I like is that the dress can touch the bride as much as the mother ... and the grandmother.
You are one of the few creators to propose a bride in pants, it is important for you?
Yes, because marriage has changed a lot: we do not get married like 20 years ago, as we do not let our parents organize their wedding .
Today, couples organize their own wedding with women who sometimes feel disguised as a wedding dress. And the combination is a very good alternative to that.
Side accessories, what would you recommend to sublimate a wedding dress?
At the moment, I love turbans. Well worn, it gives a very modern bride. That's wonderful.
What style advice would you give to a future bride?
Do not be disguised and do not overdo it that day. There is nothing more charming than to find the bride as we know her everyday, with her same quickdraw, obviously sublimated.
