Liam Gallagher does not want to participate in 'Carpool Karaoke' and has reasons for this.
Even if the friend and manager of the 44-year-old singer, Debbie Gwyther, thought it would be a good idea if Liam would take part in the 'Late Late Show' segment, this would never be an option for him. Even if he never saw the show hosted by James Corden, he replies to 'GQ' magazine: "No, thank you very much. No damn chance, friend. With the fat guy from 'Kevin and Perry'?" Debbie corrects it and just says, "It's called 'Gavin and Stacey' and you've never looked at it." This doesn't seem to change anything for the former Oasis star, who then says, "I don't have to see it to know I won't like it. James Corden is an idiot."
James' 'Carpool Karaoke' already hosted some of the greatest world stars who played their greatest hits while sitting in the car with him. Among the celebrities were already Ed Sheeran, Adele, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Coldplays Chris Martin, Sir Elton John, Mariah Carey and Bruno Mars.
Liam started his career in the early 90s as Oasis frontman, along with his brother Noel Gallagher, who was the band's guitarist and songwriter and then left the music formation in August 2009. Since then, the two brothers have been at odds and don't make it a secret. Liam is currently working on his solo career and will release his album 'As You Were' in October, according to 'NME'.
