Lydia Bright thought she was "stranded" in Italy.
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star was unable to get back home on time after Ryanair allegedly refused to let her and her family board the plane this morning because they'd overbooked the flight and there wasn't enough available seats.
Taking to her Twitter account shortly after receiving the news at the airport, the 27-year-old beauty ranted: "P1. I have just arrived at the airport with my family to board the @Ryanair flight from Italy to London. I have been informed the flight ...
"P2 .. has been overbooked & I can't board. I have a flight to catch tomorrow morning, which I have been told I won't make & im stranded ..
"P3 in the airport. This is the second time this has happened to me. Completely ruined my trip @Ryanair & future plans. (sic)"
The blonde babe later added: "Can clearly see @Ryanair has been online and still no reply from my tweets. The customer service online is as poor as it is face to face."
The low-cost airline denied they'd overbooked the flight and later managed to get the star, her mother, stepdad and sisters on the flight back to the UK.
A spokesperson told the MirrorOnline: "These claims are untrue as this customer boarded the aircraft and flew to London with 7 vacant seats. We apologise for any misunderstanding. Our 131m customers agree, TOWIRyanair! (sic)."
But Lydia still wasn't happy and was even more annoyed when the company replied to her on Twitter claiming their records had shown she'd boarded without an "issue."
She fumed: "If the flight wasn't overbooked, then why wasn't myself and 4 other passengers allocated seat numbers & prevented from boarding?
"Without an issue!! I wasn't allowed to board the plane until 2 mins before the already delayed flight departed. I was pacing the airport.
"Trying to rearrange transport for my family, looking into new flights & waiting for somebody to help me. There certainly was a lot of issues. (sic)"
