After the self-tanning shower , now is the make-up remover in the shower that arrives in our bathrooms. This innovation, conceived by the German brand Nivea (it was already creating the buzz a few years ago with her body milk in the shower) promises to make make-up easier.

Make-up remover in the shower: how to use it?

No more make-up removers or other cottons : as its name suggests, this make-up remover of a new kind is used directly in the shower. With our fingers, we apply a nut on the face still dry. Then one rubs delicately, making small circular gestures on the whole of the face. Obviously, we insist on the eyes since it is the area that is used to make up more (and the hardest to remove make-up!). After this step is completed, rinse with clear water until no further product is present. Ideally, these gestures are done on dry skin, but it works also very well if the skin of the face has previously been wet.

Our opinion

It must be admitted, it was a bit skeptical that this make-up remover can replace milk, lotion, wipe or make-up remover . And yet, the result is pretty impressive: the product eliminates all trace of foundation , mascara (even waterproof) and eyeliner . On the other hand, it may be insufficient for those who make up their eyes very much. Better in this case, pass a cotton soaked with special make -up remover afterwards for a clean skin and completely make-up.

The Nivea shower make-up remover slips on the skin: we love its creamy texture, soft and silky. You can keep your eyes open during use in the shower, it does not sting. We also love the smell of fresh flowers and the fact that it leaves the facial skin hydrated. There is a version of "sensitive skin", well seen! And its price is all soft: 3,95 € the 150ml.
