1 kg of untreated oranges (organic)
900 g cane sugar
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Steps
Step 1
Wash the oranges, take the zests with a coarse grater.
Cut the oranges in large chunks, chop them with the meat grinder, big grid.
2nd step
Put in an orange jam pot, sugar, zest and lemon juice. Boil the water ; boil 15 minutes, stir from time to time.
Step 3
Cook over low heat, stirring often, at least 20 min. Check the outlet, put in pots.
tips
If you do not have a meat grinder: mix the oranges in large crumbs at low speed in a propeller robot.
