Muscle without moving: the principle
The goal is to focus on the muscles you want to solicit and on your breathing. We imagine the movement and let the muscles concerned get into tension without any movement.

1st exercise: I'm getting a wasp waist in my bed
The right position : lying on the bed, one bends the knees, the feet remain flat on the bed, then one elongates the arms stretched behind the head, palms directed towards the head of the bed.
The exo to build muscles without moving : we contract the perineum and, exhaling, we imagine that we push the headboard (or wall) behind us with the palms of the hands. We must feel an energy that starts from the lower abdomen and goes to the arms.
Our advice : we repeat this imaginary work several times, exhaling more and more slowly and pushing harder and harder.
2nd exercise: I make concrete legs on the bus
The right position : sitting, feet flat.
The exo to build muscles without moving : we imagine that we carry all the weight of the body on one foot and that we skate. Sometimes on one foot, sometimes on the other but without moving your feet . When exhaling, you feel the transverse muscle and the obliques on the right side when you are skating on the right foot (and on the left side when you are skating on the left foot).
Our advice : visualize the gesture to feel the work of the thigh and leg which, like real skating, starts from the belly. Repeat the exercise 6 times.
3rd exercise: I grow up in the office
The right position : sitting on the edge of a chair, you put the forearms on the table (or desk) in front of you. We exhale and press the ischios on the seat.
The exo to build muscles without moving : we imagine that we support the forearms on the table as to grow.
Our advice : we can close our eyes to better feel the muscles of the arms of the abdominal belt and back to action (6 times).
