Operation "Nose to smile"
"Nose for Smile" is a charitable operation for the benefit of the hospital clowns of the Rire Médecine association. Since 1991, this association made up of 100 hospital clowns and intermittent show have for one and only purpose to make smile hospitalized children and brighten up for a while, their passage to the hospital. Throughout the month of April 2016, hundreds of student volunteers in pharmacy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, audioprosthesis, dental surgery, physiotherapy, midwifery and psychomotility, are mobilizing to sell red noses and other red goodies ( earrings, pin's, red nose-shaped cufflinks and children's t-shirt) for the benefit of the Laughing Doctor. The donation is free, with a minimum of 2 € . You should know that the show of a duo of hospital clowns costs 15 € .
Where to donate for hospitalized children?
Red noses are available in 36 collection points in major cities such as Paris, Tour, Montpellier, Lyon, Nice, Marseille, but also in the smaller ones like Evreux, Metz, Hyères or Bayonne. The stands will be placed first in the public places of cities such as public squares, shopping centers, parks and others according to the city. Volunteers will also be present in faculties and schools in stands, galas, pancake sales, photo contests, Miss and Mister Sourire elections and other activities. They will also be in the care centers and in the waiting rooms of their internship supervisor installed as a liberal. Last year, Operation Nose for Smile collected nearly € 25,500 in 17 cities, funding 1,700 clown visits . It is also possible to make a donation on the site www.leriremedecin.org without moving.
