Notts County manager Kevin Nolan has agreed a new three-year contract, the Sky Bet League Two club have announced.
The 35-year-old took charge of the Magpies in January, arriving at Meadow Lane alongside chairman and owner Alan Hardy.
He has won 16 of his 29 league games with the club, including six out of eight this season to leave County second in the table.
"It was an easy decision to make which is why I have been so comfortable talking about it in recent weeks," Nolan told reporters at a press conference.
"This club is a sleeping giant with the history and facilities. We want to get it to where we feel it belongs but do it the right way.
"This is a club going places and the lads see that. We are on the up and we are going to be successful going forward."
Former Bolton, Newcastle and West Ham midfielder Nolan is in his second job as a manager following a spell in charge of Leyton Orient in 2016.
He replaced John Sheridan in the County dugout at the start of the year and successfully staved off relegation to the Vanarama National League.
Owner Hardy said: "Kevin has brought real pride, optimism and stability to this club which has not been seen for many years."
