1 pineapple Victoria
400 g of fresh bush
1 orange
3 tbsp. to s. lime juice
10 2 mint leaves
3 tbsp. to s. fine sugar

Steps

Step 1

Prepare the cheese: drain the bush thoroughly. Put it in the salad bowl. By placing the orange over the cheese so that its essence falls there, take the 2/3 of the zest with the zester knife. Dip for 2 minutes in a little boiling water, drain, cut into small pieces, mix them with cheese with 10 very finely chopped mint leaves, sugar and lemon.

2nd step

Prepare the pineapple: cut plumet and bark by biting on the flesh. Slice very thin slices, place them around the plates by superimposing them a little. Place the cheese in the center. Sow some orange zest in filaments and chopped mint in thin strips.
