Leeds' Liam Sutcliffe says the Rhinos will produce a positive response to the mounting pressure they are under against St Helens.
Three defeats in four matches has resulted in them being eliminated from the Challenge Cup and seen their lead over third placed Hull in the Super League Super 8s reduced to just one point.
Following last weekend's heavy defeat at Wakefield, the Rhinos need to bounce back and there will be added pressure as it is the last time they play in front of their iconic South Stand before demolition, but Sutcliffe says they can handle it.
“We were really pleased with the performance against Wigan and we wanted to kick on and keep improving week on week,” he told the Yorkshire Post.
“We were really disappointed, but hopefully we will put things right this week.
“Hopefully we will have a good performance this week. It will be a massive event.
“I think the whole night will be really big, especially for the supporters. They will be saying ’bye to the South Stand and hopefully we can put on a good performance to give it a good send off.”
