Ruth Langsford's son has been helping her rehearse for 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 57-year-old presenter thought 15-year-old Jack - who she has with her husband Eamonn Holmes - would have been "embarrassed" about her appearing on the show, but he's been very supportive when it comes to helping her master her routines.
She said: "Jack has been practising with me. He is a drummer so he has got lots of rhythm. He has been doing the cha-cha-cha steps with me. He has been surprisingly encouraging for a 15 year old. I thought he might be a bit embarrassed."
But Ruth hasn't been getting much help from her husband.
She said: "Eamonn loves music but he isn't a keen dancer. He will do it if he is forced but he would rather be at the bar with his brothers than on the dancefloor with me."
However, she admitted she wouldn't be surprised if the popular presenter signs up for next year's show because of his competitive nature.
She told OK! magazine: "His name has been put in the mix a few times but he has just had two new hips so it is early days yet. But after this year and I bring home the Glitterball with me, he might get jealous and do it next year."
While Ruth - who will be partnered by Anton du Beke - couldn't be more excited about competing on the show, she's not yet ready to embrace skimpy costumes.
She said: "I think I am going to be eased into the more risque costumes.
"My red carpet outfit [for the launch show] was risque enough for me. It was off the shoulder, low and tight. But I think they might get more risque as the series goes on."
