Southampton are the latest Premier League club to be linked with a move for Guingamp winger Marcus Coco.

The France Under-21 international is attracting the attention of a number of English clubs, with newly promoted duo Newcastle and Huddersfield both being accredited with an interest.

However, Southampton are the latest club to be linked with the 21-year-old, who is reportedly valued at £10million, as he is under contract with his current employers until the summer of 2020.

Coco scored four goals in 34 Ligue 1 appearances last season and his versatility would be a huge asset to Saints, as he can play on either flank and he can even operate as a centre forward.

Southampton have been quiet in the transfer market so far this summer, as Polish defender Jan Bednarek is their only new recruit to date, while a number of players have departed St Mary's, including Jay Rodriguez and Cuco Martina.
