Lana Del Rey returning to the UK stage this weekend at Radio 1’s Big Weekend, performing her latest single ‘Lust For Life’ as part of the festival. You can check out the full performance of the song below:
As the titular track from her upcoming new album, and also featuring vocals from The Weeknd, the song is the perfect comeback for the star, who plans to release her new collection of material later on in the year.
As a body of work she created alongside long-time producer and collaborator Rich Nowels, we expect full details of the album at a later date.
The singer took to the Big Weekend stage between London Grammer and JP Cooper, entertaining the audience with five tracks and speaking only a few words to those in attendance between songs.
She did however reveal that one of her favourite songs from ‘Ultraviolence’ was ‘Cruel World’, which she sang after ‘Cherry’ and ‘Lust For Life’, before ending her set with ‘Video Games’ and ‘Off To The Races’.
Other entertainers across the Big Weekend festival included Katy Perry, Lorde, Stormzy and Plan B.
