Do not throw away your children's old satchels , they will be useful to others! In 2017 for the 6 ^th consecutive year, the retailer Carrefour is partnering with the association Le Relais to collect our children's old school bags. The goal: redistribute them to families in need.

An old satchel in good condition = 10 €

In order to participate, you will be transferred to the Carrefour hypermarkets from 27 June to 17 July 2017 and the Carrefour Market supermarkets from 07 July to 30 July 2017 equipped with satchels that you want to get rid of! Only condition, they must be reusable: no holes, strips, handles and functional wheels. The binders collected will then be handed over to the solidarity firm Le Relais in order to be redistributed to the most deprived families. A nice action rewarded by a nice gesture: to thank the participants in the operation, Carrefour handed out a voucher worth 10 € enabling participants to shop in the school supplies department in stationery, leather goods and calculators.

Already because the satchel will serve someone else, then, because by helping the association Le Relais one participates in its commitment. For 30 years, the Relay has been working for the integration of people in difficulty and the creation of permanent jobs . 3,200 jobs have been created to date thanks to the recovery of donations.

A solidarity and anti-gasping gesture that has made it possible to equip many children in need. 5270 000 satchels have been collected since the establishment of the event, in 2012.
