Ingredients:

Make a premix by blending 10-12 Brussel Sprouts, ΒΌ clove of garlic, black pepper and water into a premix

35ml JJ Whitley Potato Vodka

75ml of the premix

25ml fresh lemon juice

10 ml fresh ginger juice

10ml brown sugar syrup

2 dash of green Tabasco Egg White

Method:

Add to a shaker filled with cubed ice, shake, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with sprout leaves.
