ingredients
6 mini buckwheat pancakes each prepared with 1 small ladle of dough
300 g canned piquillo piquientos
50 g of anchovy paste
1 sheep milk yogurt
1 small clove of garlic
Steps
Tapas of anchovies and pimientos
1 Squeeze the garlic peeled with the garlic press , mix it in a large bowl with the anchovy paste; add the yoghurt, beat with an electric whisk.
2 Drain, trim the pimientos in large strips . Spread yogurt pancakes with anchovies, cover the surface with pimientos. Roll tight, surround each roll of plastic film, place at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
3 To serve: unpack, cut each roll into 6 bites. Secure with a wooden spike. Enjoy an aperitif.
My idea: Piquillo piquientos, as their name does not indicate, are a sweet pepper variety very popular in Spain. You will find them in the foreign products section

Ready made , they are suitable for these recipes (except tapas). The best are made of buckwheat flour, water, salt, nothing else!
The recipe for "Crepes & Co": salt 250 g buckwheat flour, dig a hole, break 1 egg, mix remaining close to the center. When it becomes difficult, add 5 cl of warm water, then, little by little, 55 cl of water as the flour is incorporated. Cover, let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
