150gr of shortbread
100gr of white grapes
100gr of black grapes
4 tablespoons sugar
10cl of liquid cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar

Steps

Tartlet with two grapes

Spread the shortcrust pastry, line 4 tartlets. Cook 6 to 8 minutes in the oven preheated 6/7 thermostat.

Take the tartlets out of the oven, let them cool.

Boil the sugar in a saucepan with 1 small glass of water. Dip the grapes in the syrup, let simmer for 3 minutes over low heat, drain them.

Whip the whipped cream with the icing sugar.

Garnish the tartlets with the cream, spread the grapes over them, powder with the icing sugar and serve.
