What does Easter mean to you?
Easter is a little like Christmas: a family celebration and very good times shared with the children. I love to celebrate Easter and I love working chocolate!

What do you claim most at Easter?
Milk chocolate still works very well for Easter. This year, I embarked on a more innovative, less classical creation ... a box of chocolate eggs that can be mixed (there are 4 different flavors) as it sees fit and delivered anywhere in France. And it works very well !

Your most beautiful Easter creation, what was it?
When I worked at Fauchon at least 10 years ago, I made a chicken-shaped Easter egg. This casserole had two very high legs ... I loved it.

What is your favorite chocolate?
I'm crazy about milk chocolate!

A little advice to know how to recognize good chocolate?
There is no real trick ... I'm going to buy his Easter eggs at the chocolatier, it is supposed to work with good chocolate.

According to you, what is the essential Easter?
Easter is the break between Christmas and summer. We take advantage of this moment to meet up with family. And who says family says good meal, good wine and all that in the joy and good humor ... That's my essential Easter!

Your most beautiful Easter memory?
The egg hunt with my son! It's great to see him pick up and come back with so much chocolate. At the time, I always wonder what we will do ...
