100 g small spelled breadsticks or dry bread
300 g of snow crab if possible and 6 pretty pieces of pliers to decorate
1 jar of sojami
1-2 teaspoons of wasabi paste
4 tablespoons of Savora or white wine mustard
The juice of a lemon
A cucumber
Sesame with wasabi (optional)
Salt

Steps

Step 1

Mix breadsticks or bread in a not too fine breadcrumbs.

2nd step

To prepare the cream mixing crab, wasabi, Savora, the juice of a lemon and sojami.
Taste and adjust to salt, lemon and wasabi (if you like thrills).

Step 3

Wash the cucumber, slice it in 4 lengthways and peel it. Slice it finely.

Step 4

Pour 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of crab cream into the glasses, compact the preparation by gently tapping the glass on the worktop protected by a cloth.

Step 5

Spread the cucumber over the cream (about 2 tablespoons per glass), and finish with a tablespoon of crab cream.
Decorate by placing a piece of tongs and a little wasabi sesame.

Step 6

Serve very fresh with a green salad decorated with cucumber and finely chopped raw fennel, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, saffron vinegar and gomasio.
