Eskimos stand out

The chocolate snacking pros (M & M's, Milka, Daim or Oreo) come in sticks. The movie companion, Magnum, drops his stick and plays it full pot (440ml), but keeps its chocolate coating, to crack by pressure of the fingers before sharing the pot ... Christophe Michalak resuscitates the rickshaw of our childhood and proposes frosted "Kalins" inspired by marshmallow bears. Our favorite "ognis" (unidentified frosted objects)

Mochi Japanese desserts (spheres with rice and red beans) come out in a frozen version made in France (box of 6, sale on line on www.mochichic.com). We also fall for "poptails", alcoholic sorbets to suck in mojito, punch or limoncello (€ 5.50 each, Lapp, in bars or delicatessens). At Amorino, you have to taste the sorbet of the summer, sudachi (Japanese citrus), fragrant and very refreshing.

We melted for personalized ice cream

Carte d'Or opens an ephemeral boutique until July 29 in Paris (18, rue de Turenne, 4 th ), where everyone creates their combination: cabbage or meringue ice cream or sorbet creamy sauce topping (5,50 € each ). A newcomer to GMS, Maison Alpérel offers homemade ice cream in a single pot (€ 2.90), with original flavors: peach jasmine, strawberry-peppermint ...
