Richard Anderson died at the age of 91.

The actor, who became world famous for his roles in 'The Six Million Dollar Man' and 'The Six Million Dollar Woman', died naturally on Thursday (August 31) at his home in the Beverly Hills died. The 'alarm in space' star leaves his three daughters Ashley, Brooke and Deva, whom he had raised with his second wife Katharine Thalberg, according to the 'New York Times'. Richard was married to Katharine from 1961 to 1973 after previously dating Carol Lee Ladd from 1955 to 1956. However, his most famous role was that of Oscar Goldman in the US series 'The Six Million Dollar Man', which was broadcast from 1974 to 1978 in 108 episodes on 'ABC'. In an interview with The Washington Times a few years ago, the American said why he chose his career: "When I was growing up, we lived in New York and I went to the movies on weekends. I was just ten years old when I saw a movie in which there was a man who barely spoke but absolutely impressed me. So I said, 'That's exactly what I want to do. I want to be an actor like him.'
