ingredients

10 prawns or raw shrimp
1 package of rice cakes
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 c. of Nuöc Mám Suzi Wan ®
1 C. of Suzi Wan ® Soy Sauce
½ jar of Suzi Wan ® Soy Sprouts
8 sprigs of coriander
1 piece of ginger 2 cm
2 carrots
½ cucumber
½ bottle of Suzi Wan ® Nut Sauce
the juice of a lemon
3 c. tablespoon caster sugar

Steps

Step 1

Peel the shallots and garlic and peel and grate the ginger.

2nd step

Shell the prawns. In the tank of a robot, put the prawns, 2 cloves of garlic, the shallots. Mix everything for a few seconds.

Step 3

Add the grated ginger, the Nuöc Mám and the soy sauce to the mixture. Mix everything well.

Step 4

Place rice patties two by two in water and soak for two minutes.
Spread a clean cloth on the worktop, place a rice cake, mop it gently.

Step 5

Place a large teaspoon of preparation on the lower part of the rice cake, add a few bean sprouts and 2 coriander leaves, roll the cake once and fold the edges inwards, then roll the rice cake completely. by folding back the end.

Step 6

Repeat the process until all the ingredients are gone. Cover everything with a wet paper towel.

Step 7

Peel and grate carrots and cucumber.
In a bowl, pour the sauce for spring rolls, add the remaining garlic clove crushed using a garlic press, sugar, lemon juice.
Pour the sauce over the vegetables, add coriander. Mix well.

Step 8

Cook the bites 2 minutes in the microwave 1000 W at full power or 3 minutes steam.

Step 9

Place some raw vegetables on the plates, add the bites, a coriander leaf, serve immediately.
