• 2 bags of Crisp Vegetable Chinese Soup (Suzi Wan, 2 x 350 g) • 1/4 package (about 60 g) rice vermicelli (Suzi Wan) • 1 chicken breast • Fresh or frozen coriander

Steps

Step 1

Dip the square of vermicelli in warm water, let it inflate 10 min.

2nd step

During this time, cut the chicken into small pieces. Heat the soup over low heat in a large saucepan.

Step 3

Drain the vermicelli, mix them with the soup with the chicken. Let simmer for 2-3 min. Take off the heat, add 2 tbsp. to s. frozen coriander or fresh 10-leaf leaves. Serve immediately.
