200g of dark chocolate
150 100g of raspberries
125g of salted butter
3 yellow 3 egg whites
100 g sifted flour
100 50 g of sugar
1 tbsp. to c. of lemon juice
Steps
Step 1
Grate the chocolate with a knife, put it in a bain-marie with the butter cut into small pieces; let it melt without stirring. Butter, flour a 22 cm non-stick pastry pan. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (tea 4).
2nd step
When everything is melted , mix chocolate and butter, let cool. Add the egg yolks, then the flour mixed with 100 g of sugar. Whip the whites and a pinch of salt in very firm snow with an electric whisk. Mix with chocolate cream and 150 g raspberries, turning gently from bottom to top. Pour into the mold. Bake 30 min.
Step 3
When the cake is cooked , turn out, let cool on a dish. Before serving, mix 100 g raspberries, 50 g sugar and lemon. Present with the cake.
