For the biscuit: mix all the ingredients together without the egg yolk. As soon as the mixture is more or less sandy, add the egg yolk, mix. Reserve cool. Make small pieces, place on a sheet of baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes, let cool.
2nd step
To prepare the day before: for the coffee jelly, soak the gelatin leaves, heat the coffee and steep the crushed cardamom pods for 5 minutes, drain. Add the drained gelatin leaves, mix and reserve in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
For the milk leaves: mix the icing sugar and the powdered milk, add the orange blossom water to obtain a semi-thick paste, spread on a sheet of baking paper and allow to dry overnight. outdoors. There may be more or less orange blossom water.
