1 bag of goat dice (read "tips")
6 large salt anchovy fillets
250 g of cucumber
1 small red onion
1 tbsp. to s. finely chopped dill
2 tbsp. to s. fine chopped parsley
1 organic lemon
1.5 cuil. to s. olive oil

Step 1
? Prepare everything: rinse, desalinate the anchovies for 30 minutes in the bowl of fresh water; change it 2 times.
2nd step
? During this time, cut the cucumber in 4 in length, then in 1 cm dice. Peel and slice the onion in very thin strips. Cut 4 nice slices of lemon, put them on the plate, cut them (whole, pulp, white bark and zest) in mini-dice; recover the lost juice.
Step 3
? Assemble: mix cucumber, onion, goat cheese, chopped lemon, dill, parsley. Add the anchovies, drained, dried, cut into large pieces.
Step 4
? Season: mix the juice and juice with remaining lemon juice, salt; add oil, pepper, beat, mix with salad, serve.
