ingredients

• 100 g of chabichou
• 200 g of quinoa
• Fresh fruit: 100g of strawberries, 100g of mango, 100g of orange, 100g of apricots
• 1 tbsp. to s. flaked almonds
• 1 tbsp. to s. raisins
• 1/2 cuil. to c. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. to c. ground coriander
• Fresh mint
• 2 tbsp. to s. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. to s. of cider vinegar

Steps

Step 1

In advance: cook in boiling salted water, drain the quinoa. Blend the almonds over medium heat in the fat-free pan.

2nd step

Prepare everything: mix in a bowl olive oil, nutmeg, coriander, pepper well in the mill, let marinate. Mingle in a quinoa salad bowl, raisins, finely chopped mint.

Step 3

10 min before serving: cut the diced fruits on a plate, pour their juice recovered in the bowl with the vinegar. Mingle with fruit and quinoa sauce. Put on the whole broken chabichou, sow the almonds, mix barely.
