Healthy and fresh, here is a drink 100% good conscience, easy to cook at home and bluffing when we receive guests.
A quick tour of the detox water that makes us the most envy.
How to make a detox water?
We leave the fruits at least 20 minutes and of course, the more we leave them in the water, the more it takes a fruity and refreshing taste.
If you want to keep your detox water, leave it in a sealed glass jar and hop, in the fridge. It can be drunk for 24 hours. Beyond, fruits lose their vitamins.

At the bottom of the jar: a few strawberries, a handful of raspberries, a slice of lemon, some fresh mint leaves.
Add water and ice cubes, let macerate and taste well chilled.

To twister a little detox water, it is possible to use sparkling water.
Cut 4 apricots and place in the bottom of a jar with a handful of raspberries.
For more freshness, let infuse a few hours before serving cool.
- Detox water with ginger and lime
Cut a few slices of fresh ginger and place them in the bottom of the container.
