Gabby Allen moved in with Marcel Somerville last weekend.
The 'Love Island' couple - who refused to have sex on screen out of respect for one another - have been taking their relationship slowly since they left the famous villa over the summer, but have decided to take things to the next level by renting somewhere together in Bethnal Green, East London, until they find somewhere to buy later this year.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the National Lottery Awards in London on Monday (18.09.17), she said: "This weekend I moved all my stuff in. It's in Bethnal Green.
"Basically I moved out of my flat and we were looking for something in the meantime because we want to buy something later on this year, but Marcel was like 'Why don't you move into mine?' But it's in Chingford. And I've lived on my own for eight years, and at the moment his mum lives with him and I still like having my freedom. I wouldn't be able to go out and get drunk and be back too late.
"So I was like, 'I'm going to get somewhere in the meantime' and he was like, 'Well, why don't I get somewhere with you then?' "
And, although she didn't want to live with the Blazin' Squad singer's mother, Gabby really loves Marcel's family and can now see why he's so gentle and down-to-earth.
She explained: "There is no wonder he is the way he is because they are so lovely. So passive, everything is just great. Anything that happens it's never that bad. So I need to learn something from them. I need to take a leaf out of their book. They're just great."
