Eating raw fish: benefits and precautions
Sushi, makis, sashimi, California rolls, tartars ... their common point? Raw fish! Eating has become a commonplace gesture for many French people. But is it good for your health ?
- A priori yes, because the raw fish fills the good points side . It is rich in protein and minerals. Oily fish such as salmon or tuna are also good sources of omega-3 fatty acids, helping to prevent cardiovascular disease.
