300 g sliced lamb chops (shoulder or leg of lamb)
250 g to 300 g fresh tagliatelle
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 large chopped onion with a knife
1 clove garlic minced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Steps
Lamb carbonara with parmesan cheese
1. Sear the meat with a drizzle of olive oil, season.
2. During cooking (2 to 3 minutes for a pink cooking), add onion, garlic.
3. Meanwhile , cook the tagliatelle, drain and pour into the pan, stir. Cook for 1 minute over high heat. Arrange in a dish, add egg yolk and mix. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
