ingredients

100 g of mascarpone
2 tablespoons St Hubert Omega 3 ® Thick & Creamy
1 egg
60 g of brown sugar
10 cookies (type pink biscuits)
fifteen or so cherries
strawberry syrup


Steps

Step 1

Rinse and pit the cherries.

2nd step

Whisk the mascarpone, the 2 tablespoons of St Hubert Omega 3 ® Thick & creamy, the egg yolk and the sugar with a fork until you obtain a soft and creamy consistency.

Step 3

Beat the egg white into the snow and gently add to the mixture.

Step 4

Mix the strawberry syrup and water. Dip the biscuits quickly.

Step 5

Put some pieces in the bottom of individual verrines.

Step 6

Divide the mixture alternately with chopped cherries and the remaining biscuits.

Step 7

Place in the fridge before eating.

tips

You can quite make this tiramisu "family" version in a square or rectangular miss.

The small : add white chocolate or black grated on tiramisus just before serving!
