ingredients

200 g of dark chocolate
1 pack of marshmallow cubs
4 eggs
200 g of soft butter
200 g of flour
200 g of sugar

Steps

Step 1

In a deep bowl, beat eggs and sugar with electric whisk at high speed to obtain a solid foam: the whole must at least triple volume. Sprinkle the flour on the whole surface, mix with the dish: turn upwards by scraping the bottom, however, making the least possible gestures.

2nd step

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 4).
Squeeze the chocolate in squares in a large saucepan over very low heat.
As soon as they are soft to heart, add the chopped butter.
Out of the fire, turn to smooth. Pour this mixture into the bowl.
To mix, proceed as for flour.
Pour into a square pan up to 1.5-2 cm from the top.
Bake 30 min.
A needle inserted in the center must come out clean.

Step 3

Wait a few minutes, turn on a grid.
Place cubs all around, hold them with a nice ribbon.

For an even lighter texture, I mix 100 g of flour and 100 g of cake flour (yeast incorporated).
