150 g of Morbier
150 g flour
2 eggs
1 sachet of baking powder
50 g of cream
3 tbsp. to s. of milk
3 tbsp. to s. olive oil
1/2 cuil. to c. curry powder
6 quarters of dried tomatoes
2 tbsp. to s. chopped chives

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). In a salad bowl, mix the flour and the yeast. In another bowl, mix eggs, cream, milk, oil, curry, chives, dried tomatoes into small pieces, morbier into small cubes, salt and pepper. Pour on the flour, mix quickly without working too much dough.

2nd step

Fill this preparation with 3/4 buttered muffin cups, bake about 20 minutes, until the muffins are well puffed and browned.

Step 3

Let cool down before unmolding. Serve with a salad of arugula. I choose the morbier, tender AOC of Franche-Comté marked on the edge of a beautiful black line. The fruity flavor of dried tomatoes exalts the scent.
